The Joy of Forgiving poem

21 Jan

Forgiveness brings the joy of new hope

The joy of forgiving

The joy of forgiving, the soul can start living,
As the spirit of love conquers the fear.
The thawing of the heart, forgiveness can now start,
As the dawn of understanding draws near.

The joy of tomorrow, the release of sorrow,
As yesterday’s pain fades into the past.
The emergence of hope, your spirit can now cope,
As forgiveness brings a peace that can last.

The joy of happiness, your sadness can regress,
As the sunlight of new hope conquers all.
The forgiveness within, a new life can begin,
As the strength of love in your heart stands tall.
