Sending a hug (poem)

13 Jun

A little comfort in your time of need

Sending a hug

I am sending a hug to you on this day,
A little comfort coming from me to you.
To let you know that you are not far away,
In my thoughts, for what you are going through.

No words can I say that will ease your sorrow,
Nor any help I can give to guide your way.
So a hug I send for now and tomorrow,
A little comfort to help you through each day.
